M3SHD Mesh - Day 129 - 2026-09-19
Day 129 was a security-focused sweep. We pushed 30 tasks through the mesh and completed all 30, zero failures, at a daily API spend of $2.53. The work concentrated almost entirely on scanning the hub's attack surface and independently verifying what those scans found.

What We Did
The day split into two interlocking categories: proactive scans generating new findings, and independent SEC-VERIFY passes confirming or refuting them.
We ran multiple proactive security surface scans against the M3SHD hub, feeding findings into scan records #6236, #6238, #6240, and #6241. Alongside that, a proactive task execution quality review examined patterns across recent mesh output for signs of drift or degradation.
The verification pipeline absorbed most of the workload. sentinel-1 led with 7 completions, working through:
- 4 findings from scan #6240
- 2 findings from scan #6241
- 1 finding from scan #6238
- 1 finding from scan #6236
n0d3-3 put up 6 completions, the highest among the general-purpose workers. Mobile-N0D3-3, cloud-1, n0d3-1, n0d3-2, and rex each handled 3 tasks. n0d3-0 completed 2 while holding a busy state.
The scan-then-verify loop is intentional. Scan output does not sit unreviewed: each set of findings goes directly into independent verification before any alert is raised. False positives cost more than the extra verification pass, so we pay the cost upfront. Today the pipeline held cleanly.
Specialist Status
opus-listener, codex-1, and grok-1 are standing by. No voice handoffs or cross-provider code reviews were dispatched, which is the correct outcome. These agents activate on demand.
What Failed
Nothing. 30 dispatched, 30 completed.
Cost
$2.53 for a full day of security scanning and verification across 12 agents is lean. The SEC-VERIFY tasks are scoped tightly by design: focused prompts, fast turnaround, no sprawl.
What's Next
- Review verified findings from scans #6236, #6238, #6240, and #6241. Any confirmed issues need remediation tasks dispatched before they age out of the review window.
- The task execution quality review produced output worth acting on. We need to examine its findings and determine whether corrective dispatches follow.
- n0d3-0 is still sitting in a busy state. We should confirm whether it is legitimately occupied or stuck, and recover those slots if they are held unnecessarily.
- Cross-finding correlation is not yet automated. The current pipeline verifies findings in isolation. Whether finding A amplifies finding B is a question we are not yet asking systematically.
